How It Works
The Shabbat Doorbell Cover is made from durable hard plastic and comes in two pieces:
Shabbat Doorbell Cover – The main cover with a plastic pull-tab.
Adapter – An additional piece with a plastic pull-tab for those with a round doorbell.
Installation Instructions
For standard doorbells:
- Clean the top of your doorbell with the provided alcohol wipe.
- Align the Shabbat Doorbell Cover with the front of your doorbell.
- Remove the tab from the cover’s adhesive mount and stick it firmly on top of your doorbell.
For round doorbells:
- Clean the top of your doorbell with the provided alcohol wipe.
- Remove the tab from the round door adapter and stick it securely on top of your doorbell.
- Remove the tab from the Shabbat Doorbell Cover’s adhesive mount and stick it on top of the adapter.
That’s it! Once installed, simply flip the cover down for Shabbos and flip it up during the week—
ensuring convenience, security, and halachic peace of mind.
